Next, we looked at exercise. Exercise strengthens our bodies and gives us more energy. Exercise also makes us happier. There are many types of exercise that we can do. Running, swimming, dancing, lifting weights, and playing sports are some examples. Yoga is another way to improve your strength. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is an excellent way to increase strength. Let's talk about sleep. Sleep is one the most important things we do each day. If we don’t get enough sleep, our bodies can become fatigued and stressed.
